We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to help define the look and feel of our internal tools and external-facing digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into clean, functional designs.

Responsibilities

Lead UX research: interviews, usability testing, and journey mapping
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups
Maintain and evolve the design system and component library
Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
Define and document design patterns for consistency across products

Requirements

3+ years of UX/UI design experience for web or enterprise applications
Proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping
Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and visual design quality
