Tamkeen is expanding its data capabilities and we are looking for a Data Scientist to join our analytics function. You will work with structured and unstructured data from ERP, HR, and financial systems to build models that support leadership decisions.

Responsibilities

Develop predictive models and data pipelines for business operations
Work with ERP and HR data to generate workforce and operational insights
Build dashboards and reports for leadership and department heads
Collaborate with the IT team on data infrastructure and access
Present findings clearly to non-technical audiences

Requirements

3+ years of data science or analytics experience
Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib)
Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Metabase
